As Graphic Design Lead at the Berlin-based SaaS company Workstreams.ai, I helped reshape the brand for a workflow management app used by large, distributed teams. Partnering closely with marketing and product, I led the visual rebranding along with another well established designer from Brazil—from updated identity and user personas through to presentation templates, social media campaigns, Google Display ads, and YouTube channel assets. The new system combines confident typography, flexible layouts, and a fresh color palette to humanize complex workflows and create a cohesive, recognizable presence across all digital touchpoints. I helped redefine the visual identity of their workflow management app for large international teams. We designed a new brand system across user personas, sales decks, and product presentations, and translated it into a cohesive campaign language for social media, display ads, and YouTube. The result is a flexible, people-centric visual toolkit that highlights focus, collaboration, and productivity while staying consistent across every customer touchpoint.
